Val\u00e9rie Zwilling, Ph.D<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Val\u00e9rie Zwilling specialises in economic security and European innovation policy.
\nWell-versed in public-private dialogue, she works at the intersection of industry, research, public policy and international cooperation. Her career \u2014 built across several industrial sectors (aerospace, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, automotive) and within public and academic ecosystems \u2014 has earned her recognised expertise in information asset protection, foresight analysis and European strategy.<\/p>\n

In 2025, she set up a working group on research security bringing together some twenty institutions. Since March 2026, she has led the Research Security Observatory within CR451 at the \u00c9cole de Guerre \u00c9conomique. She had previously founded the \"Data: from science to business\" group at ANRT, dedicated to the balance between open science, data valorisation and the protection of industrial assets.<\/p>\n

A doctoral graduate of \u00c9cole des Mines de Paris and a graduate of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, an alumna of the \u00c9cole de Guerre \u00c9conomique and a participant in several high-level programmes on European affairs, Val\u00e9rie Zwilling puts her expertise at the service of a single ambition: helping organisations secure their strategic autonomy at a time of intensifying international competition.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

Cybersecurity Expert<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Marie-Dominique Calvez is a cybersecurity expert.
\nA project director specialising in R&D for risk prevention, particularly cyber risk, she is an alumna of the Institut des Hautes \u00c9tudes de D\u00e9fense Nationale and holds a Master's in information systems, a university diploma in cybercrime and digital investigation, and a State diploma in defence and national security. She brings a dual civilian and military background to high-stakes projects.
\nAs the former spouse of a serviceman, Marie-Dominique Calvez grounds her commitment in lived experience. A member of the Gendarmerie Nationale's operational reserve for fourteen years, she provides support at headquarters level, in brigades and in training activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
